I called ahead of time asked if it was worth my time bringing these items to the store because if it was a 30 minute drive for me there and back so now we’re all together the gentleman I spoke with on the phone said yeah those are great sticks I said whether they played heavily he said it doesn’t matter there’s some of the best sticks you can get and I had a skateboard top-notch ‘Real’ skateboard. Has $100 set of bearings in it the wheels of spin for a solid minute skateboard by itself 115 bucks. I take three tailor-made golf clubs. He tried to tell me they’re 20 years old. They’re not a year old so a Titan hockey stick a Montréal hockey stick three tailor-made golf clubs and a real skateboard. He offered me 20 bucks. The guy on the phone said they paid 30% of market value that’s the worst insult I’ve ever had in my life wasting my time my gas this place is a joke if you ain’t someone they know or from this community they treat you like shit whoever that guy was working at closing the older gentlemen he’s a horrible human cause he treated me like shit. Another guy came in with clearly much older golf clubs at me and offered him 100 bucks. and then told me well if you can get more g

John was awesome. He not only got my wife on the hike we wanted by changing the neck, he put together a bike for my little one in the perfect size. Give this place your business!

I would like to comment on the amazing service provided by Jon and Andy. They went above and beyond in defining excellent customer service when I purchased my son a new bike. The bike blew a tire as soon as my son hopped on for a test ride. A generous discount was given as I agreed to make the purchase, but then followed up with the innertube being replaced and the bike being serviced prior to me picking it up. As this was the week following Chrsitmas, finding a quality innertube took a few days due to holiday hours at other stores, but communication was maintained throughout. The commitment to customer care from Jon and Andy is something of a rarity today and I would like them commended for their effort. If you need anything sports related, make this your first stop, it will probably be your last. Every person I have talked to in store shares a passion for sports and will provide a wealth of knowledge and online retailer cannot provide, and big box stores don't have time for. Thank you, Nick.

They have everything at a reasonable price & in excellent condition. The store accociates are extremely knowledgeable, polite & contentious. They really went out of their way to assist us through all our purchase decisions. The employees are young & seem very serious & enthusiastic about doing their jobs! They made THIS old guy & his very much younger son feel very comfortable. I will definitely return!
